About the client
Bridge
MOST is a platform for musicians, producers, vocalists and sound engineers who are looking for partners for joint creativity. The idea is simple: find a collaborator for your composition or project who shares your vision and can complement your skills. The company believes that the best music comes from collaboration, and its mission is to make finding your ideal partner quick and easy. The target audience is young and experienced musicians who are ready for experiments and joint creativity.

About the project and tasks
Description
The MOST project was born from an idea: why is it so difficult for musicians to find each other? Social networks are chaos, people get lost in the flow of messages, they need a specialized platform. The team decided to test the hypothesis quickly and cheaply - they launched a Telegram bot. The bot worked. The musicians began to find each other, the first collabs appeared. The results showed that the idea was viable. Then the team made a strategic decision: to simultaneously develop a mobile application (for convenience) and a website (for marketing and SEO). Each product solves its own problem, but all three work in the same ecosystem.
Tasks
- 1
Telegram bot (Hypothesis)The first Telegram bot was a minimalistic MVP. The musician filled out a profile: genre, instrument, level of experience, what he was looking for. The bot showed a carousel of other musicians with similar interests. If both parties expressed mutual interest, the system sent contacts or created a chat. No complications, no code on the front, just text commands and buttons. In a month or two, 500+ musicians registered in the bot, and several successful collaborations appeared. The hypothesis was confirmed: people need a platform for musical collaborations.
- 2
Mobile application + WebsiteBased on the success of the bot, the team made a decision: we needed an application for convenience and a website as a showcase. Development proceeded in parallel. The mobile application (iOS/Android) offered the best UX for finding partners: intuitive swipe (like in Tinder, but for musicians), detailed profiles with audio examples of work, chat within the application, notifications about new potential collaborations, a portfolio function for uploading tracks. The application has become the main tool for active users. The website has become a showcase of the platform: information about how it works, a gallery of successful collaborations, a blog about music tips, community analytics (how many collaborations, what genres are popular), the ability to register and go to the application or bot.
Work process
Telegram bot
Concept
We needed the fastest way to check whether musicians needed such a platform. The Telegram bot is ideal: low development costs, minimal barrier to entry for the user, functionality sufficient for an MVP.
Design
Maximum simplicity. Commands, buttons, text. No pictures. Focus on information and ease of use.
Development
Written in Python using the Telegram Bot API. The logic is simple: The user sends /start → registration Fills out the profile (genre, instrument, experience, what he is looking for) Sees a carousel of other musicians with the “Like” and “Pass” buttons When mutual liking, the system sends contacts or creates a chat
Result
500+ users in 2 months. The first collabs appeared. The metric that decided everything: 40% of active users returned within a week. The hypothesis is confirmed.
Work process
Mobile application
Concept
Based on the success of the bot, it became clear: this is not a one-time feature, we need a normal platform. The app was supposed to be the main place to find partners, with a better UX than a bot.
Design
Youthful, energetic, fresh. The swipe interface is inspired by popular dating apps, but with a focus on music. Bright colors, large profile photos, fast navigation. The site remains fast and convenient on mobile devices.
Development
iOS: SwiftUI, working with Apple Music API to integrate tracks Android: Kotlin, Material Design Both versions are connected to the same backend (Node.js, MongoDB). Synchronization of profiles, matches and chats works in real time via WebSockets.
Result
The application is launched on both platforms. In the first month it was installed 2000+ times, 1200+ users are actively using it. Retention day-7 is 35%, which is good for the category.
Work process
Website
Concept
The site is needed for SEO (people search through Google) and as a showcase of the platform. No functionality for users, only information and redirect to the application or bot.
Design
Energetic, youthful (like the whole platform). Large photos, videos of successful collaborations, minimal text. History of the BRIDGE: how it began, how it is developing. Gallery of projects that resulted from collaborations on the platform.
Development
The site is developed in React + Next.js for maximum speed and SEO. Static pages are generated at build-time, which gives fast loading and good ranking in search engines.
Result
The site appears in the Google Top-3 for the queries “platform for musical collaborations”, “find a musician for a project”. Organic traffic provides 30% of new users for the application.
