FAQ

We answer the most important questions

Does a business always need development from scratch?

Not always. Sometimes it makes more sense to improve the current system, simplify the architecture or build the solution on a ready-made platform. We don’t sell development for its own sake — first we look at what’s actually justified by the task, timing and budget.

When is a regular website no longer enough for a business?

When the website stops being just a showcase and becomes part of the processes: integrations, customer portals, non-standard scenarios, automation, complex structure or scaling requirements appear. At that point you need not just a website, but a digital tool.

How do you tell that a project isn’t overloaded with unnecessary features?

At the analysis stage we separate what truly affects the business goal from what looks impressive but brings no value. This helps avoid bloating the project and spending budget on the unnecessary.

When should you build a custom solution, and when is a ready-made platform better?

If the task can be solved well without complex development, that’s what we recommend. Custom is justified where the business has non-standard logic, integrations, high load, flexibility requirements or plans to grow the product.

What most often keeps a project from reaching a strong result?

Usually it’s not technology, but a vague task, constantly changing decisions along the way and trying to fit everything into a single stage. That’s why we try to set the project frame first and only then move to implementation.

What do you do if the task changes or new inputs appear during the work?

That’s a normal situation. We rebuild the priorities, assess the impact of changes on timing and scope, and separately record what belongs to the original task and what is already a new stage or addition.

Can a project be built so it’s easy to keep growing afterwards?

Yes, and it’s one of the basic principles of sound development. We try not to build solutions that only live until the first update. The architecture, structure and stack should let the product grow together with the business goals.

What happens after the project launches?

After launch the work doesn’t end automatically. Usually the next stage begins: watching user behavior, technical refinements, SEO, growing the functionality, connecting new integrations and improving conversion.

In what cases might you decline to take on a project?

If we see the task is framed too chaotically, the deadlines are clearly unrealistic, or the client needs not a result but an endless process without boundaries. Making a strong project matters more to us than taking on any project.

Can we come to you without a ready specification?

Yes. In many cases proper work starts not with a ready spec, but with discussing the task, constraints and business goals. We help assemble the project structure and define what really needs to be done first.
