CoffeeLea

CoffeeLea is a chain of modern coffee shops in Azerbaijan, operating since 2016. The company specializes in specialty coffee, roasted on site from beans directly shipped from Colombia, and also offers signature dishes and desserts. Currently, the network includes 7 branches in Baku and Sumgayt with a team of 200 people. The brand's key values ​​are coffee quality, a unique atmosphere in each location, a loyalty program and high standards of service.

About the project and tasks

The site was created for a fast-growing coffee chain that needed a modern digital showcase. It was necessary to combine information about the chain, talk about the unique coffee and atmosphere, integrate a loyalty program, show all branches and provide an easy way for the client to order. The project balances premium coffee branding with practicality for guests looking for a coffee shop close to home.

Work process

Prototype

During the prototyping stage, we structured the site around three key layers: brand story (why CoffeeLea?), loyalty program (cashback) and practical search (where is the nearest coffee shop?). The prototype included a landing page with special offers, a section about coffee and values, a dynamic list of branches, and integration with a cashback registration system. It was important to make the information easy and inspiring so that people would want to come to the coffee shop.

Work process

Design

The design was built around sensations - premium, comfort, quality, modernity. A dark palette with bright accents, large typography, high-quality photographs of coffee and interiors, and animation elements are used for better perception. The visual system supports three layers: branding (premium coffee), functionality (branch search) and engagement (cashback program). Every element works to inspire customers to visit.

Work process

Development

After agreeing on the structure and design, we assembled a website on Tilda with full adaptability and integration. We implemented a dynamic section of new menu items, where cocktails, breakfasts and signature dishes are constantly updated. We integrated a cashback program with a QR code for quick registration directly on the website. We created an interactive map with all 7 branches, contacts and opening hours of each location. We connected the ordering system through integration with iiko, a restaurant management platform, which allows customers to place an order directly from the browser. We added a “Why us” section with the key advantages of the network. Particular attention was paid to adaptive design for mobile users, since most clients search for a coffee shop from a smartphone. We optimized loading speed and search performance to make the site easy to find on Google.

Results and review

The result is a modern website that tells the story of premium coffee, demonstrates the quality and uniqueness of CoffeeLea, makes it easier to find the right coffee shop and motivates customers to visit through a loyalty program. The site successfully combines branding (coffee from Colombia, comfort, service) with practice (where to come, how to order, how to get cashback). Customers can now easily find the nearest branch, find out the menu and get a discount.
