Frescura

Frescura is the official distributor of Italian auto chemicals in Russia. Frescura & C. SAS was founded in Italy in 1968 and has become one of the leaders in the production of professional chemicals for car washes, detailing centers, car services and industry. The range includes more than 250 types of products: polishes, aerosols, detergents, products for car interiors and exteriors, industrial cleaning products. Key advantages are a high concentration of formulas, stable quality, certificates of conformity of the EU and the Russian Federation, convenient packaging (from 1 to 1000 liters), fast delivery from a warehouse in Moscow throughout Russia and the CIS.

About the project and tasks

The project was the launch of a completely new B2B website for a distributor of Italian auto chemicals, which needed to be positioned as a reliable supplier for a professional niche. The target audience is owners of car washes, detailing centers, service stations, car service centers, distributors and dry cleaners. It was necessary to create a showcase that demonstrates the quality of Italian production, the huge range, the advantages of high concentration and safety of products, as well as to facilitate the application and consultation process.

Work process

Prototype

At the prototyping stage, we analyzed the B2B sales model: clients do not make spontaneous purchases, they need information about quality, certificates, assortment and quickly contact the distributor. The prototype included a home page with key advantages, a structured catalog by category, a section of company advantages (quality, cost-effectiveness, wide packaging, delivery throughout Russia), a gallery of reviews from real clients, information about certificates and documents, an application form and contacts. It was important to create a path where a potential client quickly sees the benefits of the product and can leave contacts for consultation.

Work process

Design

The design was built around the idea of ​​reliability, professionalism and Italian quality. The visual system demonstrates the company's seriousness through clean typography, clear layout, and professional product photography. Each section is visually clear: the benefits are shown through icons and short text, the catalog is structured by categories with photos, reviews are shown from real companies with names and positions. The color palette is professional - black and white with red accents. Design inspires trust and a desire to collaborate.

Work process

Development

The site was developed on Tilda as a fully functional B2B showcase for an auto chemicals distributor. We implemented a structured catalog with four main categories (polishes, X-line, aerosols, detergents) and a quick transition to each of the main pages. We created a section of the company's advantages, where five key factors are highlighted: high concentration (economical to use), work in Russia and the CIS, professional approach (designed for commercial conditions), a wide range of more than 250 types, Italian quality with TUV certification and convenient packaging (1, 5, 10, 25, 200, 1000 liters). We posted a gallery of reviews from real clients - car washes, detailing centers, service stations, distributors and dry cleaners. We added a section on quality and safety with information about safety data sheets, certificates of conformity, technical data sheets and documents. We integrated the application form with the fields name, email, phone and the ability to add a comment. Added quick contact with the company via a call button and an email link. We optimized the navigation so that the B2B client quickly found the desired product category, studied the benefits, looked at reviews and left contacts for consultation.

Results and review

The result is a professional B2B website that showcases Frescura's scale, experience and quality. Potential clients can now quickly understand the advantages of Italian auto chemicals, explore the range by category, read reviews from similar companies, view certificates and leave contacts for consultation. The site successfully attracts B2B clients by demonstrating quality, certificates, a huge range and a convenient method of communication. For the distributor, this means automation of the first contact with the client, better control over information and the ability to scale sales to new regions through search engines and direct contacts.
