Description
The project was about updating a product that had grown and changed, but the appearance and some of the user scenarios remained in the past. The site and application had to speak to the user in the same way. A clear structure, a neat visual system and clear accents where a person makes a decision or takes an action. A separate focus is on scenarios that affect the experience in the application. Fare selection, post-trip actions, history, communication with the driver and precise geolocation, as well as the emergence of the delivery direction as an independent user path. It was important to maintain brand recognition, but make the interfaces more modern and simpler - so that they would be convenient to use every day, and the product could be easily developed further.

Application
Delivery module
Delivery became a separate area within the application, and it was important to make it clear from the first screen. We have added a separate delivery module with a logical step-by-step design so that the user immediately understands what can be delivered, where, under what conditions and for how much. This solution expands the use cases for the service and makes the application useful not only for travel, but also for everyday tasks.
View tariffs
People often choose a tariff without fully understanding the difference between economy, comfort and other options. We have added a detailed view of tariffs so that the user can see clear differences and conditions right at the moment of selection. This reduces the number of errors when ordering and helps you make a decision faster without unnecessary questions.
Rating and tips for the driver
After the trip, it is important to quickly leave feedback and, if desired, thank the driver. We've added a convenient trip rating and tip screen so that this can be done in a couple of touches and doesn't require searching through the menu. This solution maintains the quality of service and improves driver motivation.
Travel history
Users need to quickly find past trips to recall details, repeat a route, or check information. We have added a trip history with the ability to delete entries so that a person can easily navigate his trips and, if desired, put things in order. This simplifies everyday use and reduces unnecessary support calls.
Exact location
Sometimes one address is not enough, especially in courtyards, near shopping centers or in large parking lots. We added the ability to send the driver an exact location so that he can find the user faster and there will be fewer calls and waiting. This is a simple step that makes the meeting clearer and saves time for both parties.

Prototype development
The site was outdated both in structure and presentation, which made it more difficult for the user to quickly understand what the service offers and where to click next. We started with a prototype to put things in order in the page logic, reassemble the navigation and place the right accents. This approach helps to agree on the structure before design and then make the layout without rework or unnecessary edits.
Creating a new design
After the structure was assembled into a prototype, it was necessary to update the visual part so that the site looked modern and seamless. We have put together a new design with clear typography and a uniform style of elements so that the pages are easy to read and do not overload the user. As a result, the site began to look fresh, and the main actions and important blocks became more visible.
Layout and connection
When the design was ready, we laid out the site and connected it to the existing backend so that all pages loaded data correctly and worked quickly. We took special care of the adaptability so that it would be equally convenient on both the phone and the desktop. The result is a modern website that can be easily maintained and further developed without constant rework.
Results and review
Results
The update brought the product to modern UI and structure standards. The site has become clearer in navigation and presentation, and the application is more convenient in key scenarios where speed and predictability are important to the user. As a result, the service is perceived as seamless, the support burden is reduced due to more understandable scenarios, and further development of the product has become easier.
