A unique advantage is the Service+ warranty program, which is valid for 12 months and includes replacement of the case, handles, wheels and locks in case of breakdown.

Description
The project was the launch of a completely new website for a company that previously sold suitcases only through social networks and marketplaces. It was necessary to create its own platform that would allow the store to sell products independently, attract customers with its own traffic and build relationships directly. The site brings together a full product catalog, loyalty program, warranty and logistics information, and content to help customers make their choices.

At the prototyping stage, we analyzed the business model: where the client is currently selling (Telegram, Instagram, marketplaces) and how it will work on its own website. The prototype included a catalog structure with filtering by type (plastic, textile), size (S, M, L), a warranty program, integration with the delivery system, a reviews section, a blog with articles and a feedback form. It was important to create a clear buyer path from searching for a product to payment and delivery.

The design was built around the idea of ββreliability, quality and affordability. The visual system shows that this is a store for experienced travelers - a serious approach to choosing a suitcase, quality assurance, ready-made solutions for different types of travel. Clean typography, high-quality product photographs, clear icons for characteristics (lightness, strength, spaciousness), and elements that inspire trust (warranty, reviews, useful articles) are used.

Layout and development
The site was developed on Tilda as a fully functional online store. We implemented a dynamic catalog with filtering by suitcase types, sizes, prices and materials for easy searching. We integrated the Service+ warranty management system, which visually shows what exactly is protected. We connected delivery through Yandex Delivery and Russian Post with automatic calculation of costs and timing. We set up a loyalty program with a 500 ruble discount for a review on Yandex Maps. We have created a section of useful articles on how to choose a suitcase, what you can take in hand luggage, and what to do if a wheel breaks. Added frequently asked questions with answers to popular customer questions. We set up fast delivery within St. Petersburg (60-90 minutes if the goods are available) and pickup from the office.

Results and review
Results
The result is a fully functional online store that frees the client from the dependence of marketplaces and allows them to sell directly. Buyers can now easily find the suitcase they need, read useful articles, learn about the warranty and place an order - all in one system. The site demonstrates the reliability and quality of the company through the Service+ guarantee, reviews from real customers, informative content and convenient logistics. For the owner, this means direct contact with the client, full control over prices and conditions, as well as the opportunity to build a community of customers.
