About the client
Lovelyskin
Lovelyskin is an online store of effective Korean and European cosmetics in Belarus. The company specializes in the selection of proven products for face, body and hair care, as well as decorative cosmetics and beauty devices. The key feature is a personal approach to each client: the team consults via Telegram, Viber, Instagram and helps to find the ideal product for a specific skin type and problem. The entire range is carefully selected - only effective brands with proven results are presented in the store.

Description
The project was the launch of a completely new website for a cosmetics store that previously sold products only through Instagram. It was necessary to create a full-fledged storefront with a catalog, a filtration system, integrated selection assistance, and convenient payment and delivery methods. The site needed to showcase the team's expertise, help customers choose from hundreds of products, and maintain the personal touch that was the store's key selling point.
Tasks
- 1
Collect a complete catalog of cosmetics by category (face, body, hair care, masks, devices, decorative cosmetics, nutritional supplements, sets, miniatures)
- 2
Implement filtering by skin types (oily, combination, normal, dry) and problems (acne, dryness, sensitivity, post-acne, etc.)
- 3
Integrate the selection assistance function via instant messengers (Viber, Telegram, Instagram) to maintain a personal approach
- 4
Create sections for new products, promotions and sales to attract customers
- 5
Set up various payment methods (cash to courier, cash on delivery, credit card via bePaid)
- 6
Demonstrate social proof through real customer reviews and a blog with articles

Prototype
Prototype development
At the prototyping stage, we analyzed the business model: the store should simultaneously be a showcase of all brands and a tool for personal selection. The prototype included multi-level filtering (by categories, brands, skin types, problems), a gallery of new products and promotions, integrated selection assistance, a reviews section, a blog and an order form with different payment methods. It was important to create a path where the client can either find a product on their own through filters or seek advice from the team.

Design
Design development
The design was built around the idea of accessibility, efficiency and trust. The visual system shows professionalism through clean typography, a structured catalog and elevated product photography. Each section is visually clear - it’s easy to find the desired skin type, problem, brand. Uses customer reviews, quality certifications, and training content to demonstrate expertise. The color palette is calm and friendly, which inspires confidence in the team’s recommendations.

Development
Layout and development
The site was developed on Tilda as a fully functional online cosmetics store. We implemented a dynamic catalog with filtering by categories (face, body, hair care, masks, devices, decorative cosmetics, nutritional supplements, sets, miniatures), brands and skin types. Added filters for skin problems (acne, dryness, sensitivity, post-acne, sensitivity, rosacea, broken barrier, etc.). We integrated the built-in “Help in selection” function with quick links to Viber, Telegram and Instagram for direct contact with the team. We created separate sections for new products and promotions to attract customers. We posted a gallery of reviews from real clients with their stories. We added a blog with articles about cosmetics and skin care. We set up several payment methods (cash to the courier, cash on delivery, credit card via bePaid) and delivery throughout Belarus. We created a system of gift certificates. We optimized the navigation so that a new client could quickly find his skin type and main problems, and then either choose a product on his own or contact the team for advice.
Results and review
Results
The result is a professional beauty store that is easy to navigate and showcases the team's expertise. Customers can quickly find a product through filters based on skin type and problems, read reviews from other customers, see recommendations on a blog, or directly ask for help in selection. The site has successfully brought together all disparate sales channels (Instagram, instant messengers) into one system with a single catalog, more convenient navigation and simple payment. For the owner, this means automation of the selection process through filters, effective assortment management and the ability to scale sales without losing the personal approach that customers value.
