SHTM

ShTM is a manufacturer and wholesale supplier of bedding with a 27-year history (operating since 1998). The company produces pillows, blankets, bed linen, mattresses and mattress covers from certified materials with three-stage quality control. Production is located in the south of Russia (Shakhty), products are supplied to all 79 regions. Produces and ships more than 90,000 products monthly. ShTM works with different segments: brands, retail stores, hotel complexes and children's camps - offering each individual conditions and tailored solutions.

About the project and tasks

The project was the launch of a completely new website for a large textile manufacturer, which previously sold its products mainly through direct contacts and calls. It was necessary to create a modern showcase that would demonstrate the competence, reliability and scale of the company, facilitate the ordering process and allow potential clients to quickly understand why ShTM is the ideal partner for their business.

During the prototyping stage, we broke down ShTM's business model: they have four main customer segments, each with different needs. The prototype included a catalog structure by category (pillows, blankets, linens, etc.), separate blocks for different clients with their advantages, a section about the company's advantages (stability, speed, quality, adaptability), a review gallery, FAQ and an application form. It was important to create a path where a potential client quickly understands that ShTM is a proven partner with a 27-year history.

Design

The design was built around the idea of ​​reliability, professionalism and scale. The visual system shows the company's seriousness through clean typography, structured information and professional product photography. Each section is visually clear and targets different customer segments. Benefit icons (stability, speed, quality), reviews from real companies and quality certificates are used to inspire trust.

Development

The site was developed on Tilda as a fully functional showcase for B2B sales. We implemented an interactive catalog with four main categories (pillows, blankets, bed linen, etc.), which is easy to find from the main page. We created separate blocks for each type of client - brands, stores, hotels, camps - with a description of what solutions we offer. We integrated a request form with the ability to choose a communication method (phone, email, Telegram, MAX). We added a section of the company’s advantages highlighting five key factors: stable supplies for 27 years, quality control, a team of experts, fast shipment (72 hours), adaptability to tasks. We posted a gallery of reviews from real clients - hotels, shops and recreation centers. We have created a detailed FAQ, where we answer popular questions about minimum volumes, delivery times, payment and guarantees. Added certificates and declarations to demonstrate compliance with standards. We optimized the navigation so that the client quickly found the information he needed and left a request.

Results and review

The result is a professional website that demonstrates the scale, experience and reliability of ShTM. Potential clients can now quickly understand whether a company is right for them, find the right product category, read reviews from similar companies and leave a request. The site successfully turns cold contacts into warm leads by demonstrating quality, consistency and experience. For the owner, this means automating the first contact with a client, better control over the information that goes to potential partners, and the ability to attract clients through search engines instead of relying only on cold calls.
