CITY SUBSCRIPTION

CITYPOSCRIPTION is a subproject of the Citymobil company, a new car subscription service. The concept allows customers to pay a fixed amount each month and have access to a vehicle without the worries of maintenance, insurance and registration. CITYSUBSCRIPTION was created as an MVP to test the market for subscription models, analyze consumer demand and optimize the user experience before a full-scale launch.

About the project and tasks

The project was the launch of a new website to test the hypothesis of a subscription model for Citymobil cars. It was necessary to create an MVP platform that would quickly test the idea, attract the first subscribers, collect demand data and understand whether the market is willing to pay for convenience instead of ownership. The site had to be simple, clear and focused on the core value - complete car care without the headaches.

Work process

Prototype

At the prototyping stage, we focused on the main thing - clearly explaining the concept of a subscription and showing the registration process. The prototype included a home page explaining the idea, a list of available car models with different tariffs, a page with the benefits of subscription (maintenance, insurance, registration included), a multi-step subscription process, integration with a payment system, a subscriber's personal account with subscription management and support. It was important to minimize the number of steps and maximize understanding of what exactly the client receives.

Work process

Design

The design was built around the idea of ​​simplicity and trust. The visual system is minimalistic - white background, clear icons and buttons, minimal text. Each screen is focused on one idea: why subscribe, what models are available, how to sign up. The color palette uses Citymobil corporate colors. The information is organized so that a new visitor immediately understands the value of a subscription and can quickly sign up for it.

Work process

Development

The site was developed on Tilda as a functional MVP service. We implemented a home page explaining the concept of a subscription - what is included, what machines are available, what the process is. We created a catalog of cars with different subscription rates (economy, premium, luxury). Added detail pages for each model with characteristics, subscription price and photos. We integrated the subscription registration process with the choice of model, tariff, term and additional payment for additional options. We connected a payment system to process monthly payments. We implemented analytics to collect data on user behavior - where they come from, which models are popular, and at what stage they abandon the process. Optimized loading speed and adaptability for mobile devices.

Results and review

The result was a minimalistic MVP site for testing the hypothesis of a subscription model for cars. The site allows you to quickly attract your first subscribers and collect data on demand. A simple checkout process in a few clicks reduces the barrier to entry. Analytics shows which models are liked, which tariffs are popular and at what stages people give up. For the company, this means the ability to quickly test the hypothesis of the subscription model and, if the results are positive, scale the service with a full-fledged mobile application, an expanded fleet and additional services.
